Paul has worked in the music industry for 35 years and has a deep knowledge of management, publisher, music publishing, A&R & neighbouring rights. Paul communicates globally negotiating and closing an array of business for our clients and coordinates the delivery of projects to major labels worldwide each day. As a creative executive Paul has worked on hundreds of projects worldwide and has multiple awards to his name as a manager, music publisher and or executive producer.

From his early days in the music industry Paul started out as a tour manager moving into managing and publishing. Paul has also been a consultant to companies like Warner Music, Sony & Disco Wax and was A&R Consultant & Manager for Big Life Music for 7 years and helped drive the company to the 6th largest music publishing company in the UK when it was sold to Universal Music Publishing. Having also run record labels like Freakstreet in the 90’s Paul has a broad spectrum of knowledge and now runs 1 2 One Entertainment and Eastside Music Publishing as our CEO.

Paul love’s to be hands on about management and artist development with his own roster especially, and spends the time needed arranging and coordinating sessions, picking songs and producers and often has an executive production roll with his own roster.
