We are proud to celebrate our enduring partnership with Grammy-nominated Dsign Music, the acclaimed production and songwriting team from Trondheim, Norway. Twenty-five years ago, we gained them thier first J-Pop placement, a milestone that launched their remarkable career. At the time, our now Chairman, Paul Kennedy, served as Head of A&R at Big Life Music. Although budget constraints prevented Big Life Music from signing the team, Paul introduced Robin, Dsign Music's long-term partner and manager, to Pelle Lidell, then Senior A&R Executive at Universal Music Publishing in Sweden. Instantly recognizing their talent, Pelle signed Dsign Music on the spot. This connection laid the foundation for years of global success, with Paul co-managing the team alongside Robin in both the UK and USA.

Today, Dsign Music is firmly established as one of the world’s premier pop production teams. With an impressive record of 70 #1 hits across various Billboard charts, they have earned numerous accolades, including multiple gold and platinum certifications. Notably, their achievements include two Grammy nominations for the chart-topping single *"Vente Pa’ Ca”* by Ricky Martin featuring Maluma.

Dsign Music's extensive portfolio includes collaborations with some of the biggest names in music, such as Ricky Martin, Kylie Minogue, Namie Amuro, EXO, Girls' Generation, Shinee, Super Junior, Kumi Koda, Nathan Sykes, and many others. In addition to creating hit records, Dsign Music has become a creative powerhouse, hosting and organizing large-scale songwriting camps worldwide. Their flagship event, *SongExpo*, held annually in Trondheim, Norway, draws leading songwriters, producers, and artists from across the globe.

Now signed as songwriters to Korean powerhouse Kreation Music Rights, Dsign Music continues to focus on songwriting and production, shaping the future of pop music. In 2024 Paul Kennedy was honoured to be invited to celebrate with Dsign Music and the wider team for thier 20th anniversary in Norway, reflecting on their humble beginnings and unwavering dedication to their craft while speaking at the event. These qualities have cemented their place at the pinnacle of the industry, now more than 20 years strong.
